Who we are
We are a team of trauma-informed crisis support workers and wellness educators who have been assisting individuals since 2017. It is our mission to provide safe, affordable and appropriate nonclinical support for people experiencing a difficult moment in life.
What we do provide:
Safe and nonjudgemental space to talk about what is happening for you and strategize your next steps forward.
Nervous system regulation techniques to help you stay calm and grounded during stress
Connection to community resources and referrals to clinical services
Approachable and fun group workshops in creativity, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques.
What we don’t provide:
Therapy or clinical mental health intervention

Gretchen Hickmott has been providing compassionate crisis support and creativity + wellness courses since 2017. She is trauma-informed and trained in crisis counselling, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and mental health first aid (MHFA). She engages in ongoing education and training in crisis support and nervous system regulation techniques in order to provide quality support and education in a community format.
